BIG Announcement: Hairstyle Inn Lawson Heights Location Closing
With great anticipation, excitement and a bit of sadness we are announcing the merging of our two salons at the end of June. This means we are expanding our salon team at the Hairstyle Inn Centre Mall location and closing the Hairstyle Inn Lawson Heights Mall location. Everything will be business as usual as we work through this transition and merger during the month of June.
Words cannot describe the emotions and thought that were put into our decision to consolidate our two salon locations into one at the Centre Mall where we have been for almost twenty years now. It has been quite a journey serving our many valued guests, friends, family, associates, and business partners over the years where we are the only remaining original store since the opening of the mall 45 years ago. While winding down the Lawson Heights location brings sadness, we are excited to continue serving all of you at the HairStyle Inn Centre Mall location. You will find us at the Centre Mall, 3310 8th Street East, entrance #1 West between Sport Chek and Best Buy. At the Centre Mall you will find plenty of free parking including underground parking which is wonderful when the weather is not.
So here are the details…
When Covid happen and we had to close or doors for several weeks, we opened them to a new environment and a new set of rules. Since those changes we have watched, waited, calculated and adjusted to meet the changes and expectations of the new world we found ourselves starting over in. Over the past five years we have seen significant changes in the economy, spending habits, inflation, government regulations, changes in governments, tariffs and the list goes on. We have thought, lost sleep, tried new things, evaluated and thought some more and have ultimately decided in order to look after our amazing team and valued guests & clients in a better and more sustainable way, our best option was to combine our two salon locations into one at HairStyle Inn Centre Mall location.
We will be operating business as usual at HairStyle Inn Lawson Heights location with our final day there being June 21. Many of our HairStyle Inn Lawson Heights team members will be moving to our HairStyle Inn Centre Mall Salon. We will be contacting all our guests with appointments at the Lawson Heights location and adding your appointments at the Centre Mall HairStyle Inn. We want to make the transition easy and seamless for you.
You will still be able to count on the same great service, conversation and fun atmosphere you always have. Our Centre Mall location will continue to serve you as we always have.
- Gift certificates from our Lawson Heights location, no problem we will honor them at our Centre Mall location.
- Appointments currently booked at HairStyle Inn Lawson Heights will be transfer to you stylist at HairStyle Inn Centre Mall and confirm your appointment with you.
We will continue to update details as we progress through the month.
We will have a variety of closing sale on our retail lines at our Lawson Heights location only.
